Our Month & Day Of Coordination Service is our most popular service and provides you with everything you need for your big day without the long-term commitment of full wedding planning. We begin our journey 1 month before your wedding when we host a wedding planning session and become the sole contact for all vendors and key parties involved. We'll help you finalize your itinerary, communicate and execute the logistics of your wedding, and provide a helping hand for all your day-of needs including set up and teardown.

On-Site Day-Of Coordination
From the moment your venue opens for set up to the ceremony to the grand exit at the end of the night and everything in between; we are there to coordinate your special day down to the last detail. Most wedding planners will leave the moment the dancefloor opens but we believe it's important to see your special day through to the end to make sure you're not left with the chaos of coordinating teardowns and rides home.
Meetings + Consults + Support
One month before your wedding, we’ll review all your details and finalize any outstanding planning tasks. In this meeting, we’ll finalize your itinerary, create a decor setup and teardown plan, and do an overview of your vendors to get on the same page. We’ll be available by email or text for all questions and support in the weeks leading up to your wedding. Finally, we’ll wrap up last-minute items in our final details call one week before your wedding and a quick final check-in the day before.
Vendor Management + Coordination
One month before your wedding day, we’ll take over all vendor communications and confirmations so you can relax in the weeks leading up. On the day of, we will supervise all vendor arrival times, set-ups, teardowns, and day of payments as needed. Our job is to ensure that all vendors and aspects are working in perfect sync so we can all execute at our best level for the big day.
Decor Styling + Set Up + Teardown
We love being able to assist in the design and styling of your event space. Whether you’re bringing in a vendor for decor or you’re a DIY lover, we're happy to help with setting up place cards, centrepieces, floral arrangements, wedding favours, wedding arch decor and more. We'll also always assist in packing everything up at the end of your special day so your family and friends aren't left with tasks after spending the evening celebrating with you.
General Event Management
We'll keep the event on track and ensure we are staying on schedule by providing behind-the-scenes coordination and cues for all the moving parts of your big day. This will include cueing and lining up the ceremony, speeches and entrances, coordinating with the DJ and entertainment for announcements and special music selections, and synchronizing the kitchen for meal courses and clearings. In addition, to ensure that guests are ushered to each aspect of your wedding day, we'll be available to make announcements and move the flow of traffic from one aspect to the next.
Wedding Day Emergency Kit
We come prepared with our curated wedding emergency kit including everything you could possibly need for last-minute emergencies on your wedding day. Part of this kit is set in the bathrooms to make available for your guests, while other aspects we keep with us for more specific situations that may come up on your day.

As a wedding guest list becomes larger, so does the amount of time and effort that needs to go into setting up, tearing down, and the general management of your special day. A more extensive guest list also typically means a larger venue, which can require more back and forth. For all of these reasons, we staff more people to assist on the day of to ensure that your day goes smoothly and is executed flawlessly.

The price range reflects a difference in experience for each of our team members. The higher price range means working with our Owner & Lead Planner, Jasmine Walters, while the lower price range means working with our incredible team of Coordinators, Daniella dela Victoria and Kashish Khurana. Each of our team members has had extensive experience planning and managing events, and have worked under Jasmine for a minimum of 12 weddings before taking on a wedding of their own.

Travel fees are included for all single-location weddings within 45 minutes of driving of the team’s starting point. For Ontario-based weddings our starting point is right beside Yorkdale Shopping Centre. For New York-based weddings, our starting point is in New Hyde Park, NY. For multi-location weddings and weddings beyond 45 minutes of driving away from our starting points, clients are charged a service and travel fee which will be noted on your service agreement and invoice. Each travel fee varies, depending on the distance. Please contact for a quote!

Absolutely! Please let us know your tentative rehearsal date and time so we can block off the time. If for any reason, your Lead Coordinator cannot attend your rehearsal, due to a scheduling conflict or date change, we will provide you with a Rehearsal Coordinator to walk you through.
