Planning + Design
Our Full-Service Wedding Planning takes you from Pinterest boards and brainstorming to the design and execution of every detail for your perfect wedding day. We work with a wide range of budgets to find venues, vendors, and special elements to create flawless and beautiful events that suit your style and tastes. You will have our input and help with all logistical elements including seating arrangements, coordinating each vendor, and the itinerary. We also make ourselves available for all site visits, vendor consultations and contract reviews to ensure you are getting the best possible offerings from beginning to end. Our goal is to create a day that reflects and honours you both as a couple and to create a true experience for you and your loved ones to enjoy!

This package is ideal for couples who are just starting to plan their nuptials and are looking for support and expertise with planning from beginning to end. This package includes every element of our partial planning package with many additions that have been denoted in pink.

Meetings + Consults
Initial Consult: In-person or virtually, we’ll meet for 2-3 hours to discuss all the aspects of your wedding that you envision: theme, colours, must-have details, vendors, and general planning. We recommend our initial consultation take place 13 to 18 months before your target date.
Vendor Meetings & Site Visits: Attendance to ALL site visits and meetings with vendors.
Up to 11 Monthly Planning Consults: From 12 months away to 2 months away, we’ll meet each discuss updates on the planning process and I’ll offer my advice and guidance on every aspect of the wedding. We’ll also run through my next tasks to assist you and anything I may need from you to help move the process along. These monthly planning consults are available in person at my workspace or at a local restaurant/coffee shop of your choice, as well as via phone and video calls.
1-Month Wedding Planning Meeting: 1 month prior to your wedding day we’ll meet to run through and finalize all the details of your day and any outstanding planning tasks. The main focus of this meeting is to adjust and finalize the itinerary, create a decor setup and teardown list, and run through all vendors and their service times and notes.
1-Week Countdown Check-In: This session typically lasts 30 minutes. During this time we'll run through all the details in the final week stretch!
Day Before Check-In: We will always schedule a "just in case" call the day before to ensure everything is set and you're feeling supported and at ease before the big day.
Unlimited Communication: We will always be accessible via email or text to answer questions, give input, or ping-pong ideas.
Planning + Prep
Planning Schedule: Every client receives a custom planning schedule to help keep you on track with every planning element and task leading up to your wedding day. Essentially, this detailed document answers the question: who should be doing what task and when should they be doing it?
Comprehensive Venue Search: We will research and recommend venues based on your preferences for aesthetics, budget, and logistical requirements. We also make myself available for all site visits, and consultations, and review contracts as needed to ensure you have everything you need from your venue of choice.
Decor & Style Development: I’ll work with you to create a stunning theme and design for your wedding. This includes helping you finalize ideas for your decor, colour palettes, florals, stationery design, wedding favours and accessories.
Detailed Wedding Itinerary Development: We’ll work with you to create a wedding day schedule that perfectly synchronizes all your key elements into one seamless day. Hoping for a sunset ceremony? Not sure what your timings should be for a Sunday brunch wedding? I’ve got you covered.
Budget Planning: The creation of a full budget spreadsheet, management, and allocation to help you stay cost-efficient for your big day. We will be responsible for updating your budget every 2-4 weeks to ensure that you are on on track.
Floor Plan Development: We will help plan and optimize your wedding space to ensure all setup, itinerary elements, and necessary equipment are accounted for.
Vendor Research & Selection: Assistance with finding ALL vendors including catering, DJs, photography and videography, florists, cakes, stationery suppliers and calligraphers, audio guestbooks, additional entertainment vendors, and so much more. We can provide recommendations from our network of talented wedding vendors and also help with research for new connections. We will contact all vendors on your behalf, communicate details and help to finalize contracts.
Wedding Day Coordination
On-Site Day-Of Coordination, Full Day Coverage
Decor Styling, Set-Up & Teardown: We love being able to assist in the design and styling of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Whether you’re bringing in a vendor for decor or you’re a DIY lover, I’m here to help turn your vision into reality with unmatched style. This may include setting up place cards, centrepieces, floral arrangements, wedding favours, wedding arch decor and more. We'll also always assist in packing everything up at the end of your special day.
Vendor Management: Will supervise all vendor arrival times, setup, tear-downs, venue flips, and day of payments as needed
Manage Itinerary & Schedule: I’ll keep the event on track and ensure the event is staying on schedule by providing behind-the-scenes coordination and cues for all the moving parts of your big day. This will include cueing speeches and entrances, coordinating with the DJ and entertainment for announcements and special music selections, and synchronizing the kitchen for meal courses and clearings.
Greeting & Ushering Guests: To ensure that guests are ushered to each aspect of your wedding day, I’ll be available to make announcements and move the flow of traffic from one aspect to the next.
Wedding Emergency Kit: We'll always come prepared with my curated wedding emergency kit including everything you could need for last-minute emergencies on your wedding day.

Travel fees are included for all partial planning packages where the venue and locations are accessible by car from the team’s starting point. For Ontario-based weddings, our starting point is right beside Yorkdale Shopping Centre. For New York-based weddings, our starting point is in New Hyde Park, NY. For weddings that require travel by plane, clients are charged a service and travel fee which will be noted on your service agreement and invoice. Each travel fee varies, depending on the distance.
